Alarm products

There are alarm dialers and modems for analogue telephone lines (PSTN), ISDN lines and there are GSM/GPRS models for situations where you don't have a telephone line. If you connect the dialer to a VoIP (Voice over IP) connection or other form of internet telephony, Adesys also recommends a number of additional measures such as an emergency power supply for the internet modem or an ADSL splitter with built-in overvoltage protection. Alarm dialers (Octalarm-IP series) with internet connection and the option of line monitoring are used to monitor critical and very critical applications where checking  the functioning of the alarmsystem is also important. These alarm dialers are particularly suited for situations where internet telephony (VoIP) is used. Alarm messages are sent as speech, pager or SMS messages. Using speech or pagers for alarms is very reliable.
Alarm dialers (Octalarm-T series) are used to monitor critical and very critical applications where receiving the alarm is very important. Alarm messages are sent as speech, pager or SMS messages. Using speech or pagers for alarms is very reliable. The Octalarm alarm dialers have a keyboard and display which makes set-up and operation a simple matter.
Alarm modems (Modalarm-IP series) are also used to monitor critical and very critical applications where it is also necessary to have modem communication with the installation that is being monitored. This is often communication with PLC's and frequently relates to industial applications or water treatment plants.
SMS dialers/modems (Severa series) are used for less critical applications where failure to receive an alarm, or receiving it late, will not lead to great damage being caused. Telecom providers do not guarantee the time of reception of SMS messages but if this isn't a problem for you then an SMS modem offers an excellent solution. 
Webmeters (Severa series) are GPRS modems that can send analogue measured values and/or digital statuses to a website. You can build the website yourself or have Adesys do it for you.
Steady Connect GPRS (Severa series) are GPRS modems with innovative additions that provide a very stable GPRS connection. 
Alarm server (ARA-Pro) receive alarms and then forward them to service technicians based on a duty roster.
